Kathie is a passionate human capital strategist, executive coach, and speaker/facilitator with a strong focus on leveraging talent to achieve business growth.  Her extensive background in Human Resources Leadership at startups, small and mid-size organizations has made her uniquely qualified to quickly assess and prioritize solutions and required efficiencies that ultimately lead to meeting the targeted ROI goals.

Prior to launching her own practice, Kathie has led large Global Human Resources Business teams to design and execute the people strategy necessary to achieve the company’s objectives.  Most recently, she led the Global Talent and HR Business Partner organizations at AECOM, a multinational Engineering Consulting firm.  Prior to that, she was the Chief Talent Officer at Conduent, the largest Global Business Process outsourcing organization, where she oversaw Global Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Organizational Effectiveness and Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion.  Kathie has also held increasingly responsible roles in Human Resources at Citigroup, American Home Products and American Express.

Kathie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, and a Master of Business Administration from Rutgers Graduate School of Management.  She is a Certified Executive Coach by Columbia University. She is a licensed Speaker and Coach from the Impostor Syndrome Institute™ and is certified in the Hogan Personality Assessment Tool and the Neethling Brain Instrument.  She lives in New Jersey with her husband, son, 2 rescue dogs and a cat.

Lauren’s professional background includes leadership roles in Operations, Project Management, and Human Resources. She holds a bachelor’s degree from The College of New Jersey, is a Certified Executive Coach through iPEC (an ICF accredited program), a Board-Certified Hypnotherapist through the Hypnotherapy Academy of America, and has been a Speaker with The Impostor Syndrome Institute™.  

Lauren lives in rural New Jersey with her husband, two sons, a dog, 5 fish and a lizard.
